Birthday Card!

Hi there!  Just thought I would quickly show you my latest card I've made before I go take a nap... I've just finished my overnight shift, so I'm just a little tired.  I've used the sketch from Bizzy Becs Store Blog.  Here's the sketch...

LOVE this image... from Mo's of course lol  Think I might give this card you my very special mum... she does so much for me and my family and I really do love her very much :-)  Oh, sorry about the fairly ordinary photo, but I'm very tired and the only camera I had handy was the one on my phone eeek!  Hopefully you get the idea lol

I'm going to enter this one into a few challenges because it seems to fit them all nicely.

Get Your Sketch On!

I loved this sketch from Get Your Sketch On.  It took me a li'l while to get this layout together.  But now it's finally finished, I'm quite pleased with the end result... just look at my gorgeous li'l Roycey :-)  I love this Bo Bunny range of paper.  It's the third layout I've used them for, and am really annoyed that I only have a few scraps left.  I have also run completely out of foam tape and just about out of double sided too >_<   Yep definitely need to go do a bit of shopping lol  Anyways, I hope you like the layout and thanks for stopping by xoxox

Birthday Card!

How good am I?  lol  I've made my li'l boy Royce a birthday card for next month when he turns the BIG 3!!!  I can't believe he is nearly 3... it's gone so fast.  He's the cheekiest little monkey and makes me cack myself everyday with his little conversations and habits.  Here is a picture of him eating an apple... we go through a lot of apples.  I think if his not sure what to do next he'll go to the fridge and get an apple.  It's great that his making healthy choices, but apples are $8.00kg at the moment, so it's getting quite an expensive habit... as I'm typing this his walked into the scraproom (cough, cough... I mean study) with, you guessed it... an apple!!!

Anyways, here is my cute li'l boy's card.  He is right into Toy Story, and in particular, Woody. 

So I thought this Mo Manning image was pretty appropriate.  Love Mo's images (I don't think I've used any other stamps since I found them lol.  I love how the card turned out.  Quite simple (I do simple well lol), but effective. 

I even did a little decorating on the inside!  Sorry about the dodgey photo :-b

I'm going to enter this into the challenge at Mad for Markers Challenge Blog as they are doing an Australia Day colours challenge.  With the red, white and blue... the card certaily fits into that.  I'm also going to enter it into Mo's Challenge Blog for this week which is "A trip around the World".  Here you can celebrate different ethnicities or a make a card using your countries flag colours.  Thanks for looking and hope you have a great weekend xoxox

I've finished another layout, woohoo!!! This photo is the reason why I spent $600 on Pixie Photos lol. Hopefully, now I have my superduper new digital slr camera, I won't be needing anymore professional portraits :-) Anyways, just thought I'd show you this layout, as I'm pretty darn happy with it!
